Saturday Deliveries
Our Saturday delivery area has changed for the moment. Delivery costs remain the same as our Monday-Friday service, and weddings, memorials and events are unaffected.
If ordering for pickup, please check that it is your name on the order for collection, and that your shipping address is as follows, and not your billing address.

Delivery Areas
We offer flower delivery of orders on Saturday to the suburbs below. If you're trying to send flowers outside our delivery zone, contact us directly. We also offer same day click and collect for orders placed before before 10.00am on Saturday. Please allow a four-hour lead time for collections.
Special events including Valentine's Day, Mothers' Day and Sunday deliveries, along with timed or priority deliveries will attract a different rate. This is driven by our courier's charges and weekend penalty rates.
A minimum order value may apply for delivery.

DELIVERY POLICY
Same Day delivery
Orders for delivery must be received by 10.00am Saturday to ensure same day delivery. Orders placed after 10.00am requesting same day delivery may either incur an additional fee or be dispatched on the next scheduled delivery day. Deliveries leave our florist from 10.30am. We do not currently offer timed deliveries on our website, except for funerals. For timed deliveries, please contact our store on (07) 3856 4711. You will be notified of any change to dispatch date or any additional fee prior to processing your order. We ensure that all deliveries are completed (provided accurate details such as company names and contact numbers have been provided) to businesses by 5pm and residences by 6pm in peak seasonal periods.
For non-residential deliveries, eg businesses, schools, child care and hospitals, we highly recommend that you ensure correct delivery details and if the person is expected to finish work prior to 5pm.
In the event that we cannot deliver the flowers to the recipient in person, the following may apply based on the circumstance:
The recipient will be called to obtain instructions as to where the gift may be left, or the gift may be left in a sheltered position if:
- Requested to do so by the sender (see Special Instructions in check out) or
- Our courier determines it safe to do so.
Please note that entry to Australian Defence Force bases is restricted. For deliveries to barracks, we require a recipient contact number so they can collect their delivery from the main gate.
Alternatively, if there is nowhere sheltered to leave the order or the weather is not favourable then a calling card will be left in the recipient’s letterbox or under their door requesting they contact us and arrange a convenient time for collection or re-delivery.
Charges will be incurred for re-delivery. You will be notified of any additional charges. Customers may opt to collect the arrangement from our store at no additional charge.
Secure unit blocks, gated communities & secured commercial/government buildings
If access is denied due to secured residential or commercial buildings, the gift will be returned to florist and sender will be responsible for re-delivery and any other charges.
Changes to delivery details
If your order has not been dispatched it may be possible to change the details, however an additional fee may apply. Please phone Northside Flower Market as soon as possible if you need to change the delivery details.
Incorrect/Incomplete addresses
We will do our best to redirect the arrangement to the correct address, however, an additional fee may apply and same day delivery may not be possible. Orders containing alcohol
Floral gifts may be accompanied by alcohol. However, alcohol selections are not guaranteed to be delivered.
Northside Flower Market will make every effort to complete the order as requested. In some cases circumstances arise out of our control that restrict the delivery of alcohol.
Restrictions include (but are not limited to):
- Age restrictions including an inability to provide evidence of age if requested
- Religious beliefs
- State Laws and Regulations
- There is no adult (over 18) at the delivery address to receive the order
- No-one is home to receive the order
If you place an order that includes alcohol and Northside Flower Market is not able to deliver the alcohol because of one of the reasons stated above, we will contact you to advise of this.
