Do you offer same-day flower delivery?

Yes. We offer same-day flower delivery Monday to Friday for orders placed before 12pm, and Saturday for orders placed before 10am.

How much does flower delivery cost?

Delivery fees vary by suburb and are displayed at checkout. Additional charges may apply during peak periods including Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, public holidays, Sunday deliveries, timed deliveries and priority delivery services.

What areas do you deliver to?

We deliver throughout Brisbane and surrounding suburbs for orders over $40. If your delivery location falls outside our standard delivery area, please contact our team and we'll do our best to assist.

What information should I provide when placing an order?

Please ensure you provide the correct delivery address, recipient contact details, your contact information, any delivery instructions and a personalised gift message. Accurate information helps ensure a successful delivery.

Does the recipient need to be home?

Where possible, we recommend sending flowers when the recipient is likely to be available. However, if nobody is home, we will leave the flowers in a safe location whenever it is appropriate to do so.

What happens if the flowers cannot be safely left?

If the recipient is unavailable and there is no safe location to leave the flowers, we may contact the recipient for instructions. If delivery cannot be completed, the order may be returned to our store and our team will contact you to arrange collection or re-delivery. Additional delivery charges may apply.

What time are deliveries made?

Our deliveries generally leave our store from 9:30am Monday to Friday and from 10:30am on Saturdays. Business deliveries are usually completed by 5pm and residential deliveries by 6pm during peak periods.

Can I request a timed delivery?

Timed deliveries are generally not available through our website, except for funeral orders. Timed deliveries may be available for weddings, funerals and corporate functions. Please contact our store on (07) 3856 4711 to discuss your requirements.

Do you deliver alcohol and gift hampers?

Yes. We offer a range of gift hampers, wine, champagne and other alcoholic gift options that can be delivered with flowers. However, alcohol delivery cannot be guaranteed in all circumstances.

Northside Flower Market will make every effort to deliver alcohol as ordered. However, there are situations beyond our control where alcohol cannot legally or appropriately be supplied.

Alcohol may not be delivered if:

• The recipient is unable to provide proof of age when requested
• The recipient is under 18 years of age
• There is no adult aged 18 years or over available to receive the delivery
• Nobody is home to accept the delivery
• The delivery conflicts with religious beliefs or restrictions
• State laws, regulations or venue policies prevent the delivery of alcohol
• The delivery location does not permit alcohol to be received

If we are unable to deliver the alcohol component of your order for any of the reasons above, we will contact you to advise you of the situation and discuss available options.

Does someone need to be home for alcohol deliveries?

Yes. If your order contains alcohol, an adult aged 18 years or over must be present to accept the delivery. Our delivery driver may request proof of age if required. Alcohol cannot be left unattended, left in a safe place, or delivered to a minor.

What happens if nobody is available to accept an alcohol delivery?

If no adult is available to accept an alcohol delivery, the alcohol component of the order cannot be left at the address. We will contact you to discuss the next steps. Additional delivery charges may apply if re-delivery is required.

Can alcohol be delivered to hospitals, schools or aged care facilities?

Some hospitals, schools, aged care facilities, workplaces and other venues may have restrictions on receiving alcohol. It is the sender's responsibility to ensure alcohol can be accepted at the delivery location. If alcohol cannot be delivered due to venue restrictions, we will contact you to discuss available options.

Do you deliver to businesses, schools, hospitals and aged care facilities?

Yes. We regularly deliver flowers to homes, businesses, schools, hospitals, childcare centres, aged care facilities and workplaces throughout Brisbane. For workplace deliveries, we recommend ensuring the recipient will still be onsite when delivery is expected.

Can I choose a future delivery date?

Absolutely. You can select your preferred delivery date during checkout.

Can I include a personalised message?

Yes. Every flower order includes a complimentary gift card where you can add your personal message.

Do you send a photo or video before delivery?

Yes. We send a video of every completed order before it leaves our store so you can see exactly what your recipient will receive.

Do you offer Click & Collect?

Yes. We offer same-day Click & Collect for orders placed before 12pm Monday to Friday. Please allow up to four hours for your order to be prepared.

Do I need identification when collecting my order?

For security purposes, please bring your order confirmation when collecting your flowers. We may request photo identification to verify the order. Photo identification may be required when collecting orders containing alcohol.

What if I need to change the delivery address?

If your order has not yet been dispatched, we may be able to update the delivery details. Additional delivery fees may apply, and same-day delivery cannot always be guaranteed. Please contact us as soon as possible if changes are required.

What happens if the delivery address is incorrect?

We will do our best to redirect the arrangement to the correct address. However, additional delivery fees may apply, and same-day delivery may not be possible if incorrect or incomplete information has been provided.

Are there any special delivery requirements?

For deliveries to secure apartment buildings, gated communities, commercial premises, government buildings or Australian Defence Force bases, additional access information may be required. If access cannot be gained, additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.

Do you deliver during Valentine's Day and Mothers Day?

Yes. We deliver during major floral occasions including Valentine's Day and Mothers Day. Delivery fees, delivery conditions and cut-off times may vary during peak periods.
