Quotes are sent by email after your consultation and are valid for 30 days. Quotes not accepted within 30 days will need to be reconfirmed in writing before they can be accepted. Some quotes may expire prior to 30 days, in which case the date will be shown on the quote.  All quotes are based upon the information provided to us.


Your place is reserved once a 30% deposit has been paid. Bookings made within one month of the wedding date must be paid in full on acceptance of the quote.


Payments can be made at any time from the date of booking up until one (1) month prior to the wedding date, when final and full payment is required. Our preferred method for payment is direct deposit. Payments by cash or direct debit can be made in store. Visa and MasterCard is also accepted.


We offer one complimentary appointment and written quote. It is recommended that you bring photos and ideas with you (or email ahead) so that we can give you an accurate quote. we also advise that you check with Australian and Brisbane based website on seasonal flower availability.

Order Confirmation

All orders must be confirmed with deposit no later than one (1) month before the wedding date. Please check you order carefully, as we take no responsibility for any errors or omissions once you have confirmed your final order. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that any item/s are fit for their intended use.


Any changes/amendments can be made to your order up until one (1) month prior to the wedding date. Requested changes after this date may incur additional charges. Booking are transferrable to another date (subject  to our availability).


Weddings cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery or collection time will not be refunded as the flowers have been purchased and arranged and cannot be reused, and the date has been blocked out. Cancellations made more than two weeks prior to the wedding date will be refunded less $100 for reasonable administration costs.

Availability and variations

When working with nature, there are no guarantees. we will do our absolute best to supply exactly what you order, however due to variances in the weather and seasonal availability of some flowers, we cannot guarantee availability, exact colours or shades. Should we need to substitute any specified flowers for you, we will select what we feel is the next best option. We will advise you of any major changes.


Deliveries are quoted for each suburb and time. Delivery does not include set up unless specified. Should you require set up, a separate price will be quoted.

Sundays and public holidays

We can arrange early collections on Sundays and collections on public holidays.


Northside Flower Market does not hire vases or other breakables.
